Carrot-Coconut Bunny Loaf Recipe

Preheat the oven first to 350 degree Fahrenheit and line an 8×8 inch pan cake alongwith parchment paper. Moreover in a bowl take a whisk flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and ginger. In another bowl take a whisk sugar and cooking oil in large bowl until well mix with one another. Stir in eggs one at a time and add flour mixture and mix it appropriately. Mix in carrots and pour into the pan and bake for atleast 40 minutes or till the tester comes out completely. Let cool it in the pan atleast for 15 minutes and then turn out into a wire rack in order to cool entirely. Wrap it strongly in the plastic wrap and place it in the freezer to make it chill until it becomes slightly solid. Afterwards, use a bunny cookie cutter in order to cut as many bunnies as possible. Strongly wrap the bunnies and keep frozen while preparing the coconut batter.
